We've seen a couple of abortive half-starts on the GCTO front over the last year or so here in NZ however we also know that there are some fantastic projects and pilots going on locally. While there are still a lot of challenges with things like Govt. procurement practices still causing issues for local IT companies everyone I've met through user and industry groups, tech meetups and seminars remain positive about what can be achieved.
